Creation of ESG Online Learning Program
What I did:
Designed the structure and organization of the course to maximize learner retention
Adapted curriculum to entirely new online learning platform (NovoEd) and handled all communication with their team on development and production of course
Designed and co-built an online app with Bubble.io to simulate a business control panel
Rapidly prototyped control panel mock-ups with cross-functional teams to visualize and solidify an intuitive, accessible design with proper branding elements
Oversaw and facilitated the program’s first official session at a 100% completion rate, with learners between the ages of 25-50 from several countries and timezones
Strategic ESG: Creating Sustainable Value is a challenging program requiring a total learning effort of approximately 36 hours. Although the program is completely virtual, it is not limited to self-study. The simulation is a global, team-based simulation and requires team meetings, set up to meet the participants’ schedules. Participants must complete all learning activities, be active contributors to their team (as assessed by their teammates and facilitator), and complete a specific project plan for their organization. Successful participants will receive a digital certificate of achievement.
